After initially launching Final Stage to support those in the early careers space, we’re excited to announce that we have now opened up the network to experienced hire talent.

There has always been a great demand from both employers and individuals for us to move into the experienced hire arena and after building out the hiring platform further, we now feel like it’s the right time to make this step.

Like with our early careers offering, we will be focusing on the professional services sector and be starting off with a particular emphasis in corporate finance, consultancy and accountancy, before looking to move into more areas.

Where the two sides of the network will be slightly different is in the introduction of ‘progression planning’, which enables experienced hire talent to start casual conversations with hiring teams up to 12 months in advance.

We believe this longer-term approach to hiring enables individuals to better plan out their future career path, whilst improving candidate retention and pipelining from an employers perspective; especially for those who have a workforce plan in place.

Although only being live for a week, we’ve already seen some great talent join the network and are excited to see what the future brings.
